Mein Weg führte mich durch drei Kontinente und fünf Branchen. Ich habe bei Saudi Aramco an Ölbohrungen gearbeitet, als lizenzierter Flight Operations Officer (FOO) bei der PIA Flugoperationen verantwortet, IT-Infrastrukturen in multinationalen Unternehmen betreut — und studiere heute Nachhaltige Wirtschaft und Technologie an der Hochschule Trier.
Jede Position habe ich als Macher angegangen — nicht als Beobachter. Als jemand, der sowohl das technische System als auch den menschlichen Prozess dahinter versteht.
Warum Deutschland, warum jetzt
Ich habe mein Leben hier bewusst aufgebaut. Studium, Netzwerk, Arbeitsethik — alles in der deutschen Berufskultur verwurzelt. Die Probearbeit, die ich kürzlich abgeschlossen habe, war nicht nur akzeptabel — sie hat eine Vollzeitstelle geschaffen. Ich bin bereit. Ich brauche nur das formale Recht dazu.
Aktuelle Situation
Vollvertrag. Kein Visum. Das ist die einzige Lücke.
Ich halte ein bestätigtes Vollzeit-Angebot eines Arbeitgebers, der meine Fähigkeiten aus erster Hand erlebt und mich für eine Festanstellung gewonnen hat. Mein aktuelles Studentenvisum erlaubt keine Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Die Chancenkarte schafft genau die rechtliche Brücke, die ich benötige — vom Studierenden zum Vollzeit-Fachkraft.

Der Arbeitgeber sagte nicht nur „gut gemacht" — er sagte: „Wir wollen Sie in Vollzeit."
Nach einer Reihe von Probearbeitsaufgaben — bei denen ich weit über das Erwartete hinaus geliefert habe — hat der Auftraggeber die seltene Entscheidung getroffen, einen formellen Vollzeitarbeitsvertrag anzubieten. Dies ist keine Kaltbewerbung oder spekulative Einstellung. Es ist eine Beziehung, die durch echte Arbeit und echte Ergebnisse bereits bewiesen wurde.
Der einzige Grund, warum dieser Vertrag noch nicht aktiv ist: Mein aktueller Aufenthaltsstatus als Student erlaubt rechtlich keine Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Die Chancenkarte ist genau die Lösung, die das deutsche System für diese Situation bietet.

My journey spans three continents and five industries. I've drilled oil in Saudi Arabia with Aramco's teams, managed flight operations at PIA with a certified FOO license, run IT infrastructure support across multinational environments, and today I am completing an engineering degree in Sustainable Business and Technology at Trier University.
Every role I've taken, I've approached as a builder — not a bystander. The kind of person who understands both the technical stack and the human process that runs on top of it.
Why Germany, Why Now
I built my life here intentionally. My studies, my network, my work ethic — all rooted in Germany's professional culture. The trial work I completed recently wasn't just accepted; it created a full-time opportunity. I am ready to take that step. I need the formal right to do so.

I hold a confirmed, full-time employment contract offer from a client who tested my skills firsthand and was so impressed they came back with a permanent position. My current student visa does not permit full-time employment. The Chancenkarte provides the exact legal bridge I need to transition from student to full-time professional within Germany.

The only reason this contract is not yet active: my current student residence status does not legally allow full-time employment. The Chancenkarte is the solution the German system provides for exactly this situation.
